Ralph Edward Copley of Fort Gay

Ralph Edward Copley, 60, of Fort Gay, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Ky. He was born July 6, 1952 in Crum, a son of the late Dewey and Hazel Rose Copley. He was a coal miner and member of Vinson Lodge #66 Fort Gay and he was also a member of Scottish Rites. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Joyce Vinson Copley. Survivors include, one son, Blake Edward Copley of Huntington, W.V.; one grandchild, Rori Copley also of Huntington, W.V.; one sister, Betty Muncy of Fort Gay, W.V.; two brothers, Clarence Copley and William Copley both of Crum. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Young Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Wilhite and Rev. Ray Church officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. View Memory Gardens, Maher.
