Ruth June Reinke of Arvada, CO

Ruth June Reinke, 62, Arvada resident for 37 years, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend to everyone she met. Ruth is preceded in death by her sister Thelma Jane Kliewer. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Roger Allen Reinke; daughters Traci Lee Reinke and Amber Kay Goodrich; sister Luanne Boyce; brother Ronald J. Perry; parents Albert “J” Perry, Jr. and Louise Perry; grandsons Brett Michael Reinke and Logan Farron Goodrich.Ruth was born in Fort Gay, West Virginia. The family moved to New Jersey in 1963 and then to Wheat Ridge, Colorado in 1965. Ruth graduated from Wheat Ridge High School in 1966. She was a life insurance industry professional for 20 years before becoming a stay at home mother and homemaker. She became an Avon rep in 2000 and loved every second of it (2000-2011). She was always very well put together and was known for always having her hair and makeup done to perfection. Ruth’s favorite pastimes were bowling and shopping. Ruth bowled on many leagues over the years and when it came to shopping Ruth knew how to spoil her family and friends with clothing and jewelry she bought. She also kept up on her programs which included The Price is Right, Days of Our Lives, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy and Desperate Housewives. Ruth also enjoyed a good game of Yahtzee. Ruth had a heart of pure gold and would always help those in need however she could, especially when it came to family. Her family was the most important thing to her. She was always very proud of children and grandchildren. Ruth loved to brag about all of them. A Memorial Service was scheduled for Saturday, September 17th, 2011 at 1:00 PM to be held at Clear Creek Valley Baptist Church located at 10555 West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
