Elizabeth Mae Napier of Wayne

Elizabeth Mae Napier, 81, of Wayne, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 7, 2012. She was born December 5, 1930 at Dunlow, W.Va., a daughter of the late Perlina and Boyd Napier. Two sons, Paul Napier and Edsel Napier also preceded her in death along with two grandsons, Nicholas Napier and Jefferson Thompson. She leaves behind her husband of 64 years, French James Napier; four sons, Geary F. (Lynne) Napier of Kalamazoo, Mich., Micheal (Zanna) Napier of Cleveland, Tenn., Eddie C. Napier of Pasadena, Md., and Gregory Allen (Tammy) Napier of Cleveland, Tenn.; four daughters, Debra A. (Terry) Wilson of Columbia, Md., Pamela Sue (Frank E.) Lercher of Louisville, Ky., Sandy Bobeldyke of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Terri Lee (Richard Rockwell) Thompson of Huntington, W.Va.; thirteen grandchildren, Shannon R. (Jeremy) Barnes of Ca., Nathaniel J. (Kelly R.) Napier of Cleveland, Tenn., Danielle E. (Shane) Ware of Spring Hill, Tenn., Ryan Lee Napier of Lakeland, Mich., Kristina A. (David) Josa of Pasadena, Md., Elizabeth N. Reicks of Woodbine, Md., Michael P. Lemaster of Powell, Oh., Skie Leigh (Brett) Wilson of Columbia, Tenn., Gabriel Faith Lercher of Clarksville, Tenn., Jill Napier, Kendall Napier, both of Cleveland, Tenn., Ashley Lieb of Muskegon, Mich., and Holly Thompson of Ann Arbor, Mich.; eight great grandchildren, with three on the way; and special friend Donna Holland of Wayne. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Pastor Nathan Napier officiating. Burial will follow in Community Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from after 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
