REV. EARL RAY BURGESS, 91, of Branchland, W.Va., husband of Frances Burgess, died March 24 at home. He was an ordained deacon on the Freewill Baptist organization and also into ministry. Funeral service 2 p.m. March 27 at Freedom Freewill Baptist Church, Kiahsville; burial in Elmwood Annex. Visitation after 6 p.m. March 26 at the church. Johnson Tiller Funeral Home, Wayne, is in charge of arrangements.
